Cancellation policy:
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Your 50% booking fee will be transferable to your new appointment. If you cancel on the second occasion regardless of the minimum timeframe requested, your booking fee will not be refundable, and you would need to make a new booking.
Missed appointment: failure to cancel your appointment/or no shows will be result in the loss of your booking fee.
Late arrival: if you are more then 15 minutes late from your appointment, the appointment can not go ahead and it will result in the loss of your booking fee. A new appointment will need to be made. Please note that this will apply to mobile appointment also. I will wait 15 minutes, but if there are no sings of anyone be at home, ill cancel the appointment, and you will loose your deposite. If you are booking mobile appointment, please add 30 minutes travel time from the treatment menu before your requested appointment. This will allow me to get to you in time.
Booking appointments: a deposite of 50% of your treatment cost is required at the time of booking for all services. The remaining 50% of your treatment cost will be charged at your appointment.
If you can make your original appointment, and ask to move it firther Ill be happy to this for free of charge once. If you wish to move your new appointment for a second time, you will loose your deposite and a new booking needs to be made.

Warranty: If you loose or damage your nails, I am happy to carry out maintenance during the first 3 days of your treatment, providing that all the aftercare advice have been followed. Thank you. After the 3 days nail repair cost is £3/ nail.
Please also note, if you book in for infills for more then 3 weeks of your previous appointment, you will be charged a full set price. Thank you
